ENDLESS BOOGIE: VIBE KILLER - RECORD RELEASE PARTY
ENDLESS BOOGIE: VIBE KILLER - RECORD RELEASE PARTY
Vibe Killer is either the 4th or 7th Endless Boogie album, depending on how you count. It was recorded in Brooklyn at Gary's Electric with the core of Jesper Eklow, Harry Druzd, Marc Razo, Matt Sweeney and Paul "Top Dollar" Major. Mojo Magazine described it as "simultaneously intelligent and basic, spacey and intense, Endless Boogie do what rock music used to do and still can: provide an alternative to the mainstream, celebrate the marginal, and provide an emotional outlet for current events.
PAUL MAJOR: FEEL THE MUSIC - BOOK RELEASE PARTY
Anthology Editions is excited to announce the New York release of Feel the Music: The Psychedelic Worlds of Paul Major. Pioneering record collector and eminent rock 'n' roller Paul Major has cut an incomparably unique path through decades of musical history: he’s navigated the worlds of punk, metal and psychedelia, jammed in influential underground bands, and discovered and championed some of the rarest, weirdest records of all time. Feel the Music: The Psychedelic Worlds of Paul Major is a hallucinatory tour through a life spent on the vanguard of musical culture—animated throughout by rare record covers, unseen photography, and scrapbook ephemera, as well as Paul’s intimate, deliriously witty writing style.

Catch Paul Major in conversation about the book with Stephen Malkmus (Pavement/Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks) downstairs in the lounge from 8-9pm. The Q&A will also host a select open bar and a spread of delicious Mighty Quinn's BBQ.
